Overview

We believe that yoga is a transformative experience for the body, mind, and spirit.  The path to becoming a

yoga teacher is a beautiful, life-changing journey. Since 2007, Bamboomoves has taught the path of traditional Hatha Raja Yoga and has certified hundreds of teachers.

Our teacher trainings are held throughout the year at many of our locations and abroad. Our programs are offered in a variety of formats to suit your schedule.  The training course formats are held in either a two-week intensive or a three month period.

We offer a comprehensive training that brings together the best of the yogic tradition from both east and west. The Bamboomoves Faculty is a professional, well trained, and experienced team.  Students trained at Bamboomoves have found great success in yoga careers and yogic living.  The Teacher Training faculty is looking to guide serious students, aspiring teachers, and current teachers to unlock their potential and transform their lives.

Our mission

Honoring the ancient teachings of Yoga, Bamboomoves inspires the body, transcends the mind, and uplifts the spirit.  We believe that everyone can experience more happiness, joy, and peace - one smile, one breath, and one move at a time.
