Summer Retreat 2009 - July 11-19, Masaya, Nicaragua Bamboomoves is going to Nicaragua! This summer, join us for a week in beautiful, scenic Nicaragua for some Karma Yoga. We will be putting our efforts into building a house for a family in poverty. The trip will include time for sightseeing and shopping, but the main focus will be creating a shelter from the ground up. No experience is necessary; only an open heart and mind. At the studio, you can pick up an information sheet as well as the application, medical, and release forms.
