Welcome to Bamboomoves! 
 

Bamboomoves is a growing yoga community that consists of yoga studios in Forest Hills, Queens; Englewood, NJ, Palisades Park, NJ and Waldwick, NJ.  We offer classes in yoga, belly dance, kids yoga, and tai chi. Private Sessions include massage therapy, yoga, reflexology, diet and nutrition, energy healing, juicing and fasting.  Through our programs, students can become more flexible in body and mind, lean and strong, and better equipped to deal with the challenges of our stress-filled modern lives; essentially embodying the qualities of bamboo itself.

Bamboomoves hosts regular Yoga Teacher Trainings (200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified), Belly Dance Instructors Courses and retreats that help numerous students to continue and pursue their yogic journey. The Bamboomoves studio staffs looks forward to sharing with you this beauty and integrity, to move your body, mind, and spirit to a place of greater peace and holistic health.
